1. Authenticity of Candidate Credentials
Candidates are required to supply authentic, legitimate documentation including genuine passports, valid driving licenses, and verified trade diplomas. Submitting falsified documents, counterfeit certificates, or fake experience letters will lead to immediate cancellation of your candidacy and possible blacklisting from future overseas client interviews.
2. Discretion of Hiring Employer
AL QADIR ENTERPRISE acts as an intermediary coordinating screening, trade tests, and deployment logistics. Final selection, offer terms, wage structures, and visa approvals remain at the sole discretion of the hiring employer and the immigration ministries of the destination country.
3. Candidate Conduct during Trade Tests
Candidates must follow workshop safety instructions, wear requisite protective gear during practical testing in Patna, and maintain professional decorum during face-to-face or video interviews with foreign delegates.
4. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or legal claims arising from services rendered by AL QADIR ENTERPRISE shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
