At AL QADIR ENTERPRISE, we are committed to complete financial transparency with Indian job seekers and foreign employers.
1. Free Candidate Profile Registration
Candidate registration, bio-data filing, and initial trade screening on our website and in-person at our Patna office are 100% free of charge. No upfront advance fee is ever taken for submitting your CV.
2. Statutory Third-Party Medical & Trade Testing Fees
Costs incurred directly for official third-party procedures—such as GAMCA medical fitness tests, tuberculosis screening for the UK, regional passport police clearance (PCC), and accredited workshop consumables for practical trade tests—are paid directly to the authorized third-party clinics or testing centers and are subject to their respective non-refundable terms once tests are conducted.
3. Cancellation by Employer or Client
In the rare event that an overseas employer cancels an approved demand order after candidate selection through no fault of the candidate, any retainers or documented processing fees deposited with AL QADIR ENTERPRISE will be fully refunded or adjusted toward another suitable overseas opening as agreed in writing.
4. Candidate Withdrawal
If a candidate willfully withdraws from recruitment after visa approval or flight booking without genuine medical or emergency cause, expenses incurred toward official visa issuance and ticketing cannot be refunded.
